We remind all candidates that to avoid the risk of loss or damage, certificates are not sent to home addresses by post. They should be collected by candidates or by another person authorised by the candidate and upon presentation of some form of identity. (DNI, Residence Permit…) from our office in Calle Juan Lobo, 2 which is near the Cathedral  (or in the case of candidates entered via Preparation Centres, from the centre where they enrolled).

Exceptionally, if you are unable to collect the certificates in person because you do not live locally, you can send a request in writing with a scanned copy of your DNI and delivery address and we can send you the certificate by SEUR «portes debidos».

If you need to provide proof of your result before the certificate arrives we can write a note confirming your result, but this is not an official certificate and we cannot guarantee that it will be accepted by the organisation who requires the acreditation.

Please also remember that if you achieved the Council of Europe level below that of the examination you took also have a «consolation» diploma indicating the level you have achieved. Also, old certificates from previous years are now stored at the Juan Lobo office for 2 years from the date of the exam. The Data Protection Laws and instructions from the Madrid office require us to destroy them after this period.
